Paulo Montenegro has been driven by the dream of becoming an architect since childhood. With two decades in design and construction as a licensed architect in Colombia, including five years crafting high-end custom homes in the Carolinas, his work explores how space influences the way life is lived. Passionate about art, light, shadows, and good movies, he now designs homes at Frazier Home Design in Raleigh that go beyond shelter, translating personality, memory, and daily ritual into built form. Every line drawn is a new reality. Every space, someone’s universe.
